JOURNEY OF THE SOUL • 2-Day Online Course • Nov 1–2 • EN/ES

HEAL YOUR PAST, SET YOUR FUTURE FREE

2-day process to reconnect with your ancestral lineage to heal old wounds, release blocks, and restore clarity, belonging, and flow

When We Don’t Heal Our Past, It Shapes Our Future

Unhealed moments in our past become unnecessary weight—blocking health, abundance, love, and everyday joy which stops us from fully thriving in our lives.

A 2-Day Sacred Process of Healing

Two live sessions for ancestral reconnection—practical steps to release the past and invite real-life blessings.

Unhealed moments don’t fade; they steer our days. This weekend offers a clear, gentle way to set things right.

What this is
Guided by PREMA, you’ll learn plain-language tools and simple, non-religious home practices (candle • water • flowers). We’ll show respectful ways to honor your people, keep the love, and return the weight that isn’t yours—trauma-aware and compatible with any tradition (or none).

Outcome & benefits
By Sunday you feel steadier and more you: patterns loosen, relationships soften, purpose clarifies, and daily life has more flow. You leave with kind language, community notes, and a 7-day follow-up so the change continues.

(Trauma-aware • Non-dogmatic • EN/ES)

Meet PREMA

Anthropologist (BA/MA), Family Constellations facilitator, full-spectrum doula—trauma-aware, EN/ES.

PREMA is a Colombian facilitator who blends scholarship with lived practice.

She holds BA/MA degrees in Anthropology, trained in Family Constellations, served as a full-spectrum doula, lived five years in India in spiritual study, and has supported war-affected communities in Colombia.

The same simple, respectful rituals she teaches helped transform her own inherited grief into ease, belonging, and authentic abundance.

Her approach is non-dogmatic, culturally sensitive, and practical—clear guidance you can use at home.

No. It’s non-dogmatic and cross-cultural. We honor closed traditions (like Día de Muertos) without teaching or imitating their rites. You’ll use language and practice that fit your own tradition—or none.
No. Mixed, unknown, or adoptive lineages are welcome. We work with stories, qualities, names (when available), and gratitude—belonging doesn’t require documents.
You don’t need prior experience. Guidance is plain-language and trauma-aware, but this is not therapy or medical care. If you’re in acute crisis, please seek licensed support; crisis resources are provided in your confirmation.
Each day stands alone; the two-day arc deepens the work. Camera optional, captions on. A 7-day replay is included at the Heart tier (and above).

A candle, a small bowl/cup of water, a flower, photo(s)/names, and paper/pen. Create a quiet space.

Choose your contribution (Care ↔ Guardian). You can transfer your ticket or use the replay (Heart+). Payments via Stripe/PayPal in USD; need a local method? Reply to your confirmation email. Optional: add $5 to sponsor a Care/Root ticket.
